The Founder's Vision

“When I completed my Executive MBA at CEIBS in 2022, I was overwhelmed by two contrasting emotions.​

On one hand, I felt immense happiness and pride in achieving another significant personal and professional milestone. The culmination of this rigorous program was a testament to my hard work and dedication.​

On the other hand, I experienced a profound sense of emptiness, knowing that my formal learning journey had come to an end. The thought of no longer engaging with my classmates and professors, and no more acquiring new knowledge in that vibrant environment, left a void.​

However, upon deeper reflection, I realized that this emptiness was more than just the end of an academic chapter. It was tinged with sadness as I recognized my privilege in accessing such an advanced education from a top business school. What about those who are unable to afford or access such opportunities? How would their lives unfold without this transformative experience?

I firmly believe that advanced education has the power to change lives. This belief ignited a newfound sense of mission within me: to make high-quality business education accessible to as many people as possible. This mission took shape just days after the birth of my first son, when I decided to bring another entity into the world: BuSuMaSi—Business Success Made Simple. At BuSuMaSi, our goal is to make business knowledge easy to understand, implement and, ultimately, use to achieve success for everyone.”

Founder & President

Andrea is a natural leader and motivator with a rich multicultural and multi-industry background. His career spans Automotive, Motorsports, Engineering Consulting, and Semiconductors, where he has excelled in Engineering, R&D, Project Management, Product Management, Business Development, Strategy, and Marketing functions. With professional experience across Italy, the UK, China, and Germany, Andrea brings a global perspective and strategic insight.

A CEIBS GEMBA graduate, ranked among the top programs worldwide, Andrea is driven by a passion for innovation and achieving outstanding results. Known for his visionary leadership style, he excels at coaching and inspiring teams to realize their full potential. Based in Germany, Andrea enjoys life with his wife and child while pursuing his vision of building impactful businesses.

Vittorio Tentori

Head of Operations & VP

Vittorio is a disciplined and organized project leader with a talent for fostering collaboration and growth within his teams. His career spans Aerospace, Motorsports, Automotive, and Engineering Consulting, where he has excelled in roles ranging from Engineering and R&D to Project Management, Leadership, and Business Development. Having worked in the UK, Italy, and China, Vittorio brings a global perspective and a passion for delivering innovative solutions.

A team player, Vittorio inspires an atmosphere of support, self-reflection, and continuous improvement, ensuring his teams achieve exceptional results with efficiency. Outside of work, he channels his dedication into sports, rising at 4:30AM for cycling before starting his day. Based in Shanghai, Vittorio enjoys spending time with his lovely girlfriend and pursuing his passion for excellence both personally and professionally.

Alex Fung

Head of Engineering & VP

Alex is a kind and inspiring leader who empowers those around him to excel. A highly accomplished engineer, his career spans the Automotive and Engineering Consulting industries, with expertise in Engineering and R&D, Project Management, and Leadership. Having worked in the UK, Czech Republic, and China, Alex combines technical excellence with a global perspective.

Alex quickly gained admiration for his ability to motivate his team, foster resilience, and tackle challenges with a “can do” attitude. Known for his kindness and unwavering sense of responsibility, Alex consistently goes the extra mile to support his colleagues and deliver exceptional results.

Currently based in Shanghai, Alex enjoys life with his wonderful girlfriend while continuing to lead with passion and purpose.
